Our space is available for rent by the hour. Below are the standard and non-profit rates designed to make our community space accessible to all.
RATE:
Standard Rental Rate: $150/hr
Non-Profit Rate: $90/hr
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Cleaning fee: $250 (mandatory for all bookings)
Certificate of Insurance Required
For extended bookings of 8 hours or more, enjoy an additional 10% discount on the hourly rate.
