The Back 2 School Festival is more than a backkpack giveaway.
It’s a high-energy, citywide celebration of education, culture, and community.
Crenshaw High — Back-2-School, Ribbon Cutting & Court Dedication
A school-pride celebration blending education, athletics, and community joy on campus. This free event will serve 1,000+ students and families with fully stocked backpacks and supplies, free diapers and resource items, youth games and student performances, health & dental resources, community orgs and elected offices, raffles, giveaways, and free food. The day also features the official ribbon cutting and dedication of two brand-new outdoor basketball courts for Cougar students—plus a special appearance by Marques Johnson (Crenshaw alum, 5× NBA All-Star).
